 Rain-Out Refunds

- 0 games played: Full Refund

- 1 game played  -30% of entry / 2 games played -55% of entry/:  3 games played - 80% of entry/- 4 games played: No Refund

- Once a game starts it is considered to be a game played.

  *Teams also have the option of keeping their refund as a credit for a future tournament. If a team chooses this option, they would get the amount indicated above PLUS 10% of the entry fee as a credit. Credit is only good for tournaments run by the same director.

 Entry/Pull-Out Fees

$50 Late-Pullout Fee (less than 1 week before the event)

Teams pulling out after the brackets are done are responsible for the entire entry fee. 

If we can replace your team, we will only charge the $50 pullout fee.

*Special Game Time Request Fee: No Guarantee - but we will try to help out when we can.
 "No-Show" Fee: 

Teams that do not show up for a Scheduled game (thereby shorting another team a game) will be charged a $75 fee. That fee will be given to the opposing team.

 $50 for all bounced check fee.

* Extra

USSSA  reserves the right to modify game times or bracket structure due to field conditions, time constraints,  team count, or inclement weather. Also field locations if needed for overflow and over flow fields are in a reasonable distance from main fields.
